SUP & Yoga on the water
At Vilma Sjøbad you can explore the fjord at your own pace – standing, paddling and with salt in your hair. We have both classic SUP boards for those who want to glide quietly through the water, and specially designed yoga SUPs for those who want to find their balance on the waves.
At our own Yoga Dock you can attach up to eight boards and have calm but challenging sessions right out on the water. Here you will get flow in both body and mind, in addition to a fun session with friends.

Welcome to an evening filled with colors, wine and fresh sea air!
Together with renowned artist Dick Haande, we invite you to an exclusive Paint & Sip experience at Vilma Sjøbad – where creativity meets coastal life.
The evening starts with a short visit to Dick's own gallery and studio, before we find our seats with canvas, brushes and a glass of wine in hand. Dick guides you step by step and shows you how to capture the atmosphere of the sea, light and movement - just like he does in his own works.
No painting experience is necessary – just a desire to create and have fun.
We arrange all the equipment, you bring your good mood, and you travel home with your own work of art, and maybe a little more inspiration than you brought with you.
