The evening is designed as a journey through taste, sound and atmosphere. You will experience five carefully selected wines – preferably one sparkling, two whites and two reds – while Knut guides us through the aromas, flavours and stories behind the wines. Along the way, he shares personal experiences from vineyards, grape harvesting and travels to different wine regions.
After each wine tasting, Knut pairs the wine with music and performs pieces on the guitar – from classical and jazz-inspired compositions to virtuoso solo pieces. This way, wine and music are intertwined into a holistic experience for all the senses, perfectly accompanied by the evening's 3-course menu:

A little about tonight's host:
Knut Bjørnar Asphol is one of Norway's most experienced musicians and wine brokers. He has played for a number of artists nationally and internationally, participated in over 500 releases, won the Spellemannpris and released 10 of his own albums.
As a sommelier, wine journalist and course instructor, he travels the world with his musical wine tastings – and is also the man behind the wine blog musicandwine.no . He brings with him more than 30 years of experience from the music industry, and this evening he combines everything into a holistic and unique experience.
